Venue rental costs range from $3000 to $10,000 based on the type of event.*

All weddings include:

  • Idyllic forest setting, large meadow and located on Weber Creek featuring year-round creek
  • Several wedding sites including beautiful Amish gazebo, round arbor with greenery, several trellis, fire bowl with amphitheater seating
  • 1200 SF Lodge with fireplace that can hold up to 70 (in case of inclement weather)
  • Commercial Kitchen with walk in refrigerator (great for flowers), BBQs and Grills
  • Restroom and showers with flush toilets
  • On-site parking for 50 cars
  • Tables and chairs for up to 125 people
  • Separate Bridal Suite and use of one Glamping Tent and Bell Tent for bridal party day of event
  • New cement dance area in meadow (rustic dance floor still available for extra charge)
  • String lighting across meadow
  • Portable ceremony sound system
  • Several bars – rustic cowboy bar and beer keg bar
  • Treasure trove of items that include wine barrels, signage, lanterns
  • White table clothes for rounds and rectangle tables (requires cleaning fee for usage)
  • Limited storage before the event for your personal supplies and decor
  • Commercial-grade generator for back up in case of emergency
  • Staff on site during your wedding event

Additional items provided for Camping Weddings

  • Access to all existing tents including glamping, teepees, canvas tent sites (can house up to 38 in our tents)
  • Playground, volleyball court, basketball court (if not being used for parking) and hiking trails

Limited charge for additional items:

  • Outdoor wedding cabanas 32’ x 16’
  • Rustic Dance Floor 12’ x 16’
  • Propane heaters including propane
  • Set up of tables and chairs
  • Wedding Officiant
  • Helper Assistant on day of event

  • Under 50 wedding guests including bridal party – 10%
  • Under 75 wedding guests including bridal party – 5%
